A. We use Royal Mail within the UK.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. Delivery within the UK mainland is dependant on the weight of goods sent including packaging. Larger orders or items are sent via DHL 48 Hour Courier

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Normally goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Royal Mail post usually delivers goods within 1-6 working days.

Q. Are my personal details safe?

A. The personal information you supply is used to process your order and deliver your goods. Your information is never passed on to others.

Q. What happens if my item(s) does not arrive?

A. If your item has not arrived within 10 workings days from your order date please email or call and we will endeavour to trace the missing item and arrange for replacement item if necessary.

Q. Can I return items?

A. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (referred to as the cooling off period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. However,the buyer will be required to pay for the cost of returning the unwanted item. Items are expected to be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
