The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with Natural Beauty 4 Her, please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Pricing & Availability All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Images and Colour
Some products may have an associated image or photograph, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. The product images are taken from the actual products. Differences with colour will occur depending upon the type and settings of your monitor or between different monitors. Order Processing/Confirmation Your order will only be processed if acceptance of the terms and conditions is indicated by ticking the acceptance box prior to sale. You are therefore deemed to have accepted them and abide by them. Placing an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you and is not binding on us until the order is accepted and dispatched by us. If a product shown on the website is unavailable, incorrectly priced or incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you that product. We shall not be obliged to complete your order if we can not verify your payment card details. You will receive a payment confirmation from Pay pal. This should be retained until your order is complete.
Order Payment Payments can me made using: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch Payment will be debited to your account before your item(s) is dispatched.
Paypal – Data Security and Encryption The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at Paypal. Pay pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits(the highest level commercially available). Returns & Order Cancellation If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 07923 613046 and leave a message (Mobile rates apply) and email sales@naturalbeauty4her.com. Within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class recorded post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Cancellation of Orders Except during busy periods, orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have dispatched your goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Natural Beauty 4 Her. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by phone and email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Security Personal and credit card details are sent to us using secure Internet Technology. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Natural Beauty 4 Her.
Data Privacy We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1984. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New Arrivals or promotions from Natural Beauty 4 Her. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. Natural Beauty 4 Her will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
